But for the uneducated, for those who have given their minds/ manasu/ chittasuddi as offerings, there is no need for any methods, rules, or even songs and poems.

కానీ చదువు రాని వారికి, మనసే నైవేద్యముగా పెట్టిన వారికి, ఎటువంటి విధానాలు పద్దతి అవసరము లేదు, పాటలు పద్యాలు కూడా అవసరము లేదు.

Whether for a scholar or a layman, only mental devotion is important.

పండితునకు లేదా పామరునకు అయినా, మానసిక భక్తి మాత్రమే ముఖ్యము.

When children beat on our hearts, we laugh and don't get angry, that's all God has to say about them.

పిల్లలు మన గుండెలపై కొడితే, నవ్వు కుంటాము, కోపము రాదు కదా, దేవునికి అంతే వీరి విషయములో.

Because, they have no hypocrisy, they have a pure heart. They will give even their own eyes for others and for God without any thought.

ఎందుకంటే, వీరికి కపటము ఉండదు, స్వచ్చమైన మనసు. ఇతరుల కోసం మరియు దేవుని కోసము తమ కన్ను అయినా తీసి ఇస్తారు ఆలోచన లేకుండా.

This is called the Sattva Tamo Guna. He placed his feet on the Shivalinga to mark it, and then he removed his eyes and offered them to Shiva. So Kannappa is a great devotee with chittasuddi.

దీనిని సత్వ తమో గుణం అంటారు. కాలు శివలింగము మీద పెట్టి గుర్తుకు, తన కళ్ళు తీసి, శివునకు అర్పించారు. కాబట్టి కన్నప్ప నిజాయితీ కలిగిన గొప్ప భక్తుడు.
